We accept advance reservations from the internet where we are one of the top rated businesses for Cruise Critic and Trip Advisor. A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation, refunds available up to 24 hours before your reservation time. We guarantee reservations for clients who are punctual and will try but cannot guarantee service for clients who are more than 10 minutes late. Please let us know if for any reason you cannot keep your appointment by emailing or by phoning us locally at 646-175-7313 at least one day before the day of your reservation.U.S. currency or Mexican pesos are the preferred method of payment, however all credit cards are welcome except American Express. Our Mexican bank charges us 5 percent for credit card transactions which is added to the charge. Your credit card receipt will reflect the total bill including the minimal bank fee in pesos.
